Question - Hospice Promotional Materials

A member of technical college's graphic design staff volunteers on occasional weekends at a hospice center for cancer patients. Historically, the hospice center has not had to actively engage in soliciting donations because insurance payments and privately funded grants have covered the majority of its expenses. Budget cuts and increasing medical costs have changed that now, however, so the hospice is planning a fundraising campaign. The design staff member has volunteered to create some promotional materials for the hospice. She plans on using her own computer, desk top publishing software and printer. She may need to use the scanner at the technical college if the hospice wants to include photographs. She doesn't think this should pose a problem at work, though. Will it?
